Acqualina Resort, Miami Elegance on The Beach
The minute you step foot at Acqualina Resort, you feel as though you’ve been transported to a Mediterranean villa. This beautiful resort sits on Sunny Isles Beach, surrounded with powdery white sand that seems to stretch on for miles. The contrast of the red outdoor furniture against a beautiful backdrop of green grass makes everything feel so alive!

The resort is host to 4 pools, 2 for families, an adult only, and a smaller one dedicated to the spa. You can snag a cabana for the day or head out on to the white sand and be closer to the ocean.
With so many activites each day of the week, including an aquamarine program, it’s fantastic for families.
I participated in the Sunday painting class and had a blast! Other activities include: Basketball, soccer, giant chess, foosball, ping pong, swimming lessons, paddle boarding, the sea turtle program, and special monthly activities like yoga with the CEO and more!
I was truly WOW’d by the thoughtful bedside reading program. Each month the novels change out and you will always find 3 best selling books on your nightstand to read during your stay, either in the room, by the pool or beach… but the best part about this is you can take the books home with you-totally complimentary-as it’s included in your stay! All 3 books are going home with me!
The Spa is beautiful and anyone who is a luxury spa lover like myself must experience it. It was the first branded ESPA in the US. If you’re looking for a couple’s massage you have to get one here! They have a Royal Spa Suite, featuring a private oceanfront balcony, sexy steam shower for two all designed by Fendi!
If you’re all about the suite life and traveling with multiple people, the beautiful 5 bedroom penthouse on the 46th floor sleeps 12 people and is absolutely stunning! It has magical views of the ocean with a wrap around balcony, your very own salt water plunge pool, the most stunning master bathroom you have ever seen and it all comes with your personal butler! This 7725 square foot elevated masterpiece is about 20k per night!
