Recap of my Visit to Aspen, Colorado
As much as we all love a tropical getaway, there’s nothing quite like a cozy, fun and chic vacation in a winter wonderland like Aspen, Colorado.
This wasn’t the first time I’ve visited this magical hot spot, so be sure to check out my blog post from the last visit as well (I visited in the summer so it’s a different perspective!). There’s some great lodging options listed there but I definitely suggest checking out this fresh list of hot spots:
Dining:
This is a lovely spot, great to satisfy your craving for Italian food after a long day of skiing!
A local favorite for Asian cuisine, this is a great place to get private “Rock Star” booths and Private Tatami rooms that are great for large party celebrations. Definitely a fun environment!
Technically considered ‘French Pan-American Cuisine’, Betula is a fabulous place for an extremely memorable dining experience. Plus, you’ll love the ambiance.
This is one of Nobu’s restaurant, and I highly suggest making a reservation here. Must Orders: The Gardner Cocktail, the Seabags, and the Wagyu Beef!
Coming Soon to Aspen: A New W Hotel!
If you haven’t heard the exciting new, W Hotels coming soon to Aspen! They’re slated to open this summer, and they’re taking reservations now! As of now, there’s no minimums for holidays so that’s something to consider!
Here’s a little more information on what’s to come, and here’s a few of the renderings… I’m personally really excited to return and check out the rooms when they’re done, they will definitely be everything mountain chic!
I truly had the best time in Aspen, and can’t wait to visit again.
